- For literary, musical or artistic works, copyright subsists until 50 years after the death of the author. Copyright for unpublished work subsists for 50 years after the publication. For anonymous or pseudonymous work copyright subsists for 50 years after publication unless the author is made known.
- For films and sound recording, copyright subsists for 50 years after publication. For unpublished sound recording, copyright subsists for 50 years after the fixation. For broadcasts, copyright subsists for 50 years after the first make.
- According to article 11 works by the Government, Governmental Organizations and International organizations are subject to copyright until 50 years after publication (article 23). Text of laws, judicial opinions, and other government reports, however, are always free from copyright. (article 3 - the defination of “literary work”)
(All the duration of 50 years above computed from the beginning of the calendar year next following the year in which the work was first published or made, ie. as of 2013, works published prior to 1 January 1963 are considered public domain.)
