These short videos provide an overview and some key insights from two companies regarding a current topic of concern in organizational communication -- social media in the workplace. The presenter discusses social media applications and employee use of social media as part of employment and personal life. Work-life balance and use of technology are addressed. These are current issue of concern to employees and company management as more employees use technology on the job and for personal gratification.
